I teach ashtanga vinyasa yoga in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk UK and surrounding areas north and east of Bury

My classes are small and taught self practice 'mysore style'.  I respect and aim to help keep alive the traditional teachings of the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois (July 1915 - May 2009)

I am also part of the Suffolk Ashtanga team a supportive consortium that was formed to help spread the joy of yoga across Suffolk.  We work together to offer workshops, retreats and demonstrations at events.

I am delighted to announce that Angelina Sara Weller was born on 8th October 2011. 
I am currently on maternity leave and will recommence teaching yoga in the new year.
